What type of systems do you offer?

We provide a full range of Intrusion, CCTV, Fire, Access and Automation systems. All our systems are designed specifically for the needs of the client.

Do you do monitoring?

Guardsman usually monitors our client’s systems. We install and service your system.

How do I get started?

Contact our office and the secretary will schedule a site visit, a technician will visit your residence or business and a quotation will be sent to you based on that site visit.

Do I have to pay for the site visit?

No, site visits are free.

Which is better: a wired system or a wireless system?

Generally speaking the wired system would be better as there are no issues with reception and the cost of maintenance will be cheaper in the long run. However, the wireless system is easier to install and the installation would be much neater for persons.

Does the system come with a warranty?

Yes the system comes with a one year warranty. The warranty is however voided if the client tampers with the system.

Do I own the equipment?

Yes.

Who will install my system, and how long will it take?

Here at Storm Security we have an amazing team of technicians who are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience. Depending on your system size and complexity your installation will usually take approximately 8 hours, but can vary from a few hours to a few days for a more comprehensive system.
